Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, security ribbons, and protective bags are intact and included.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request approval.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund or store credit will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
